Located on the West side of the square in downtown Pinckneyville since 1996.

Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, work hardening for work related injuries and sports injury rehab.

The facility is a fully equipped fitness center with staff capable of designing a program to meet individual exercise needs.  All equipment and exercise classes are included in a low monthly fee.

                                                      7 am – 5 pm Monday - Friday

                                                                   Fitness Hours 

                                                    5 am to 7 pm Monday – Thursday

                                                              5 am to 6 pm Friday

                                                       7 am to 12 noon on Saturday
