The cost of the first 50 black & white pages are provided free of charge. Copies in excess of 50 pages will be charged at $0.15 per copy. The charge for in-house color copies shall be $0.25 per copy. The charge for outside color copies shall be the cost charged by the printer. Information supplied on electronic media shall be charged at $1.00 for each CD/diskette or the actual cost of the specific media type. The cost for certifying record copies shall be $1.00.
