Keeping your health and fitness in check is an important key to your overall wellness. At Southern Illinois Rehabilitation & Fitness, we believe in keeping you motivated on your journey to complete overall wellness.

We offer group exercise classes and training that are included in your membership to help keep you motivated on your journey to wellness.

Whether you are wanting to lose weight, train for a race, tone your muscles, regain strength, increase flexibility or maintain-we have something for you!

Something for Everyone

We understand that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and we can design your own personal fitness plan catered to your special needs.

Upon your initial appointment, you will meet with a personal trainer to discuss your goals, what improvements you would like to make (i.e. strengthen legs, tone arms, improve overall cardiovascular health, etc.), and any concerns that you may have. Based upon this information, the certified personal trainer will design your personal plan with those specific goals in mind and make any accommodations due to any physical limitations that you may have.

Once we have created your plan, the trainer will teach you how to execute your plan by demonstrating how to properly complete each exercise and use our equipment. Additionally, at this time we will take your body, weight, and BMI measurements to record where you started on your fitness journey.

Monthly follow-ups can also be scheduled to reevaluate your plan and to make necessary changes to ensure successful progression towards the new and improved you.
